With over sixteen million products from around eight thousand suppliers, Worldwide Brands is one of the most talked about ways of finding wholesalers and drop shippers. But it's also the most expensive to access, at $299 for membership (although at least that's a one off payment for lifetime access). So what are the alternatives and how do they compare?
Salehoo
Salehoo is probably the most popular alternative, with about the same number of suppliers and millions of products (but nowhere near as many as Worldwide Brands has) it's easy to see why it's popular, especially considering the price – Salehoo costs only $67 for access compared to $299 for Worldwide Brands. Do bear in mind that this is an annual fee though and there are signifiantly fewer products available on Salehoo. Salehoo is generally considered the top budget alternative to World Wide Brands.
Doba
Doba is not a directory like Worldwide Brands or Salehoo, it's a drop shipping service. You order things from Doba directly and they are shipped to your customers. Around a million products are available to have drop shipped and access costs $27 a month. It's like an expensive version of Ali Express, so while this is still an alternative to the directories listed above, it's not a very popular one.
Summary
So, Worldwide Brands is the largest and probably the best of the directories, but by far the most expaneive. It is, therefore, only worth joining if you can afford it – otherwise take a look at the alternatives or simply buy through AliExpress.com for free.
